What you can expect from the role: 

• Lead the successful delivery of IFS Cloud implementation and consulting projects, ensuring high quality and on-time execution.

• Work closely with Senior Management and the wider Spanish delivery team to manage project pipelines, allocate consultants, and oversee day-to-day project progress.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, translate business needs into actionable project plans, and ensure strong stakeholder engagement throughout the lifecycle, and handle budget control.

• Support the consulting team by providing guidance, coaching, and operational oversight to maintain excellence in delivery.

• Act as an escalation point for project issues, ensuring risks are identified early and mitigation strategies are implemented.

• Promote Arcwide’s delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices across all active projects.

• Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposal creation, estimation, and scoping to ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery.

• Foster a continuous improvement culture and look for ways to improve delivery efficiency, team collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

What we will look for in your CV:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Consulting Manager, or similar role within technology, ERP, or business transformation projects.

• Strong background in managing complex, multi-workstream projects with cross-functional teams.

• Experience working directly with clients: managing expectations, running workshops, and ensuring strong relationships.

• Previous experience with IFS or other ERP/enterprise software (beneficial but not essential).

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and support consulting teams in a delivery environment.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and associated tools.

• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English is essential, Portuguese would be beneficial.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality and structure.

• A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.

• Willingness to travel when required.
