Organisation
- Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller (reporting to the Chief Financial Officer)
- Responsible for controlling and coordinating the P&L of a Group region, in collaboration with the regional manager and country managers
- Involvement in accounting and controlling for the different countries in the region.
What you can expect from the role:
- Checking accounting entries [in collaboration with the accounting manager] to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the accounts
- Participate in and lead monthly/semi-annual/annual closings
- Weekly monitoring and control times of resources: control of missing times, utilization rates, details of allocations, etc.
- Monthly control of customer jobs: invoicing, margin (CM1), P&L impact [collaboration with EMs and country leads]
- Monitoring and control of costs: comparison of actuals with forecasts, control of allocations to ensure correct analytical reading of P&L
- Production of comments on P&L outlines, including variations from Forecast and Plan
- Participation and coordination of the budget process (annual) and annual reforecasts (quarterly): in collaboration with Group Finance and country/region leads.
What we will look for in your CV:
- Business school/university degree in Finance or Accounting
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Financial Controlling
- Fluent French & English and professionnal competencies in Spanish
- Good knowledge of one or more ERP systems
- Dynamic, proactive profile & able to work in a fast-paced environment
